on track and stay motivated in your shape shifting efforts. You
will also find motivational tips and reminders to keep your
mindset focused.
The workbook can
be used alone, or in conjunction with Shape Shifters group
meetings. Either way will work. However, it is strongly
recommended that you read Shape Shifting--reclaiming your
perfect body, in order to get the most out of what you find
inside this workbook.
