The best way to do that is to focus on the positive. You are encouraged to share your success stories and to act as cheerleaders for each other. You are encouraged to “Find The Miracle.”

The Shape Shifting process is broken down into four basic components: Challenges, Makeovers, Triumphs and Intentions, which are logged every week in a notebook or journal.

  • Challenges—things we’d like to change

  • Makeovers—little things we do to make ourselves feel or look better

  • Triumphs—positive results we’ve seen from last week’s Challenges

  • Intentions—positive statements of intent to conquer this week’s Challenges
